We the Kingdom is a contemporary Christian music group consisting of Andrew Bergthold, Ed Cash, Franni Rae Cash, Martin Cash, and Scott Cash. Active since 2018, the group has released three albums along with a number of singles and EPs. Their song Light of the World (Sing Hallelujah) was released in October 2020. Ed Cash says this about the message of this song:
We’ve all had darkness in our own lives and we’re so thankful that God in His mercy has brought His Light to the world to shine into those place.
This song was Ascension’s Advent wreath lighting hymn in 2021, and it returned to the sanctuary as our hymn of the day for December 11, 2022.
